Regina attained her physiotherapy qualifications under a PSC scholarship in 1991. Since then, she has worked in both public hospitals and private practice. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Regina has also been involved in lecturing and supervising physiotherapy students and therapy support trainees. She is committed to achieving the best outcomes for her patients by reducing pain, improving strength, optimizing movement and function, and minimizing injury. Her approach combines manual therapy, exercise therapy, movement/posture retraining, electrotherapy, and patient education.
She is trained in the Mulligan Concept of Mobilisation with Movement, the McKenzie Method, DMA Clinical Pilates, dry needling, Kinetic Link Training, and DNS exercises.

Ansari
Ansari graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2001 (India) & completed the NDT/Bobath Certificate Course in the
Management & Treatment of Adults with Hemiplegia in 2007 (Singapore).
He has been working in Singapore since 2003 while working in an acute hospital, a community hospital, a day
rehabilitation center, a nursing home, an outpatient clinic, Home-based rehabilitation & sports fields - he gained
experience in various fields of physiotherapy such as Neurology, Cardiorespiratory, Geriatrics, Pediatric,
Orthopedic, Musculoskeletal & Sports injuries.
He worked at Gleneagles Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital, Ren Ci Community Hospital,
Gurkha Contingent physiotherapy clinic, Singapore Buddhist Lodge Physiotherapy Clinic, St Andrew’s
Community Day Rehab Centre, Man Fut Tong Nursing Home, NTUC Health, he also worked as a trainer for Center
for Seniors and as sports physio for T20 cricket Aug 2017 at Singapore sports club.
Currently, he is working as a freelancer at an outpatient physiotherapy clinic treating musculoskeletal / sports
injuries & also doing Home physiotherapy.

Mitchell Neo
BSc. (Hons) Physiotherapy, SIT-TCD
Mitchell is a fully registered physiotherapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). After graduating, he began his career at a public restructured hospital, where he gained invaluable experience that continues to shape his clinical practice today.
A passionate and dedicated practitioner, Mitchell specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, spinal injuries, and post-operative care. With his experience in the field, he is committed to helping clients regain mobility and independence. His holistic approach incorporates not only physical therapy but also emotional support and mental resilience, empowering patients to navigate their recovery with confidence and determination.
In his spare time, Mitchell enjoys regular gym sessions, watching basketball matches, and reading about current affairs—always with a good cup of coffee in hand.

Jason
Jason graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy from NYP in 2005 and has been practicing since. Specializing in neurorehabilitation and sports rehabilitation, he has worked with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries at TTSH Rehabilitation. He has also provided sports physiotherapy coverage for events such as those organized by the Singapore Disability Council, local Australian rugby league matches, and the Singapore Recreation Club women’s touch rugby team. His career includes roles at Bright Vision Hospital, TTSH Rehabilitation, AMK–Thye Hua Kwan Hospital, and Mount Elizabeth/Gleneagles.
